Crete, Zakynthos, Mykonos, Lesvos, Paros and Antiparos are among the Greek islands affected.

Police broke up the illegal gathering shortly after 1pm today. The latest figures from Public Health Wales on Saturday, September 5 has shown that there were 77 new coronavirus cases recorded, up 51 from yesterday.
Gwent Police: “Police officers have dismantled a rave in the Tredegar area.
The illegal gathering commenced at approximately 1pm this afternoon.
Officers have closed the event and remain at the location turning people/ cars away.
One man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs. He’s now in police custody.
These events pose a significant risk to public safety and breach Covid-19 governmental guidelines. We will not tolerate any breaches/ events of this nature in our force area and will be taking the necessary action against anyone involved.”

CAERPHILLY, WALES - SEPTEMBER 07: The county borough of Caerphilly in South Wales is to be placed under a local lockdown from 18:00 BST on Tuesday, following a rapid rise in cases of coronavirus, in the first local lockdown in Wales. People will not be able to leave the borough without good reason and face masks will be required by everyone aged over 11 in shops. Seeing others within extended households indoors will also be banned. The Welsh government have said that with 55.4 cases per 100,000 population, Caerphilly county has the highest rate in Wales and one of the highest in the UK.

Up to 30 people from different homes can still meet outside in contrast to England where social gatherings above groups of six inside and outside have been banned.

Penally Army Training camp, a military base in Pembrokeshire, will be used as a temporary camp for asylum seekers. Up to 250 asylum seekers, who will be single adult males, will be housed at the MoD facility just outside Tenby as facilities in south-east England are under pressure. Those in the camp will be free to move around the area while their claims are being processed, with a checking in system to monitor their movements.

Europe's largest holiday park is to close with immediate effect as local lockdown is enforced in parts of Wales. The owners of Trecco Bay caravan park in Porthcawl said the site will go into "hibernation" at 6pm on Tuesday, September 22, as local lockdowns come into force in Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Blaenau Gwent and Newport.
